Understanding the Circulations view
The Circulations view shows the comment circulations and approval circulations that require your action. The Circulations view appears when you click the Circulations tab. The Circulations view looks similar to the following figure.
The following table describes each feature of the Circulations view.

Folders
|
- Inbox – Circulations sent to you for action. Subfolders separate the circulations by type, Comment or Approval.
- Outbox – Circulations sent by you.

Checkmarks |
Indicate documents to which you have already responded. |

Subject
|
The title of a comment circulation.

Sender |
Name of the originator of the circulation. |

Message
|
Instructions sent to the recipients.

Document
|
Each document in the circulation appears in a row that contains available actions, the deadline assigned by the sender, and the selected document status. Documents that do not require your comments are indicated by a checkmark in the icon column.

Files
|
Files attached to the document for review.

Recipients
|
Names of users to whom the circulation was sent and when it was sent to them. Can be collapsed by clicking the arrow next to Details.

View filters
|
Click a filter to limit the circulations shown in the view:
- Open circulations – All circulations sent to you that are still open whether or not you have responded.
- Circulations that require my actions – Circulations sent to you for comment to which you have not yet responded.

Comments
|
The recipient's comments.
